Who we are
We are Júlio Papel, eni — Laiss Labs, based in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, co-founded by CEO Júlio Papel and COO Micaela Papel. We design proprietary Neural Cognitive architectures (NC1), cognitive libraries (Laiss-CFS), and modular edge hardware concepts that connect software intelligence to robotic systems — including our NC1 Edge Box and robotic arm research track.
